When submitting an order, be sure that you fill in a correct shipping address. If you make a mistake it may result in non-delivery of the products you’ve bought. Our staff recommends you check the notes twice before transferring the order to processing. If you found out that the shipping address was given with a mistake, contact our customer care support as soon as possible. If the order has not come because of an incorrect shipping address, no refunds would be given.
If you are not satisfied with the product effect, contact our customer care department. An operator will provide you with the return address. You can return the parcel for 30 days. After we get the parcel, the refund procedure takes place.
